Training Update

So it's been two weeks since the long Saturday run and the start of my knee pain.  Good news is that over the last day or two, they seem to be feeling a lot better.  I am not sure I'm ready to run yet but am going to try on Tuesday at track.  I am also going to get the second opinion on the insoles this week since I think I can at least run for 30 secs on a treadmill (so they can see how my feet land when I run).  Hopefully the knee pain will soon be behind me!  It has not been fun.
