Training Day 5

Today is a rest day - yay! I am sore from last night but not as sore as I thought I might be. It actually feels really good. So I am going to take it easy today, nourish my body with nutritious calories and lots of water, and enjoy the day with my baby girl (I don't work Fridays). Tomorrow is another coach-led day at the Stanford track. Stay tuned!
