Training Day 3

Today was another cross training day. I woke up at 6am, got dressed, and headed to the gym. I rode the stationary bike for 25 mins and did the stairmaster for 10. I did some good stretches and felt so good! Tomorrow is the first track run at Stanford so I am looking forward to that (although it'll be in the rain). =)
